How we work…..what the costs are…..
We go the extra mile to make sure that you get a new look for the
lowest price possible. We spend so much time shopping, we know where
the good products are at the right - and sometimes amazing - prices!
Most people don’t want a model home exactly - but they want the WOW
without paying hundreds of dollars.
Staging For Sale:
We offer a free consultation to Realtors and/or Homeowners where we
come to the property and evaluate what the needs are, how much
furniture and accessories will be needed, what is there that can be
implemented into the new look, and then prepare a type-written
report that outlines what needs to happen before the staging along
with what the plan is and what it will cost.
Our minimum rental period is two months - after that time you may
rent on a month-to-month basis. The consult will show the cost of
the inventory for the two months as well as a one-time staging fee
at our hourly rate. There is no delivery charge or de-staging fee.
If the house is vacant and requires more furniture than normal, we
will arrange for the furniture to be delivered and picked up from
your home from a furniture rental company and will go over all the
costs with you before anything is ever signed or agreed on. As much
as possible, we try to use our own inventory in order to keep the
costs down for you.
Staging for Life:
We offer a free consultation of either your whole home or just one
room at a time - we come to your home and offer suggestions as to
what might make the most difference and what we would suggest
changing, etc. Then if you would like us to do the shopping and
implement those changes, we would charge you the hourly fee for
doing that and sell you all the items you like once you have seen
the items in your home. Either you can give us your budget for the
project, or we can purchase items and let you know what they cost as
we go along.
